It fizzles a little bit after the brilliant first act, but the film as a whole is still wonderfully well crafted, and both hard and fun to watch at the same time.

Though some of the humor is dated and the jokes range from cheesy to lame, this is a laugh-fest that has the wonderful Mel Brooks style.

This film takes a dump over the original with an idiotic plot that is so ludicrous it would make Ed Wood blush. Even with that it doesn't even make it a so bad it's good movie. It's just so boring.

Take lazy writing, lazy acting, lazy action scenes and combine them together and you not only get one of the laziest films ever, but one of the unfunniest comedies ever conceived.

This was just painful to watch. Awful animatronics, an insulting plot-line and a very very very very VERY confused moral.
