Y es un "romance" en un sentido amplio, ya que la pasión con que se atraen, dada la intimidad con la que se conocen y la felicidad que cada uno daba al otro durante aquellos monótonos días, alcanza extremos que los personajes sólo pueden definir como un ideal de identificarse el uno con el otro, sintiendo que comparten todos sus dolores y alegrías.
