Tornado of Souls, Hangar 18, Holy Wars... this album is better than anything Metallica has ever released. This is one of the best albums ever. While being a super memorable song in itself, what truly seals the deal is legendary guitar solo by Marty Friedman. Not only is it one of his all time best, but one of the greatest regardless of the genre. It's so good that when they were done recording it Dave Mustaine himself went to Marty and shook his hand. That's good it is. "

My Favourite Albums (573 music items)"For many people this is pretty much one of the best metal records ever made, but I find one or two of the songs rather mediocre, so It's not the best for me. Regardless, Dave and the boys were on the top of their game here, the soloing of Marty Friedman is still insanely as creative and timeless as guitar melodies ever come. The dude is still known for his work here, even after everything great he's been doing all these years."
