I can rate Eddie's abilities (idk if above Mustaine tho) and the album is solid overall. Its just that it is a bit too 'american'.

Peak thrash metal. Dave Mustaine riffs are seismic on this.

Old Megadeth sound; still lacking power, but better than previous modern albums.

Initially rated it as a 2.5/5; now after relistening it for at least 10 more times, I have realised the prowess of Dave's rhythm guitar.
