"Another animated winner from Disney in this tale of a female rabbit Judy Hopps who dreams of becoming a cop. Standing against all odds, she makes it through the police academy and wins a position as a cop in the city of Zootopia, where all animal types, predator and prey, get along well. When a case of fourteen missing otters comes up, Judi steps up and volunteers for the case and is given 48 hours to crack the case with the help of a con artist fox named Nick. "Clever, smart, and very much adult-orientated, this is an animated film that respects the audience's intelligence, with a cerebral, film noir style story, and a clever, morally grey viewpoint of prejudice. 9.7/10"
"When: March 17th First-Time Viewing: Yes. How: In theaters. What'd I Think?: Smart, adult-oriented, entertaining Disney film. My Rating: 10/10 Other Notes: NA."

"Story is simplistic as well as the characters but the humor carried it for the most part (except for the in your face social commentary) and the relationship between Hopps and Wilde carried it though I couldn't help wish for a stronger tie, they went from unwilling partnership to friends real fast. Not this years Inside Out that I was hoping for to me but it was entertaining for sure. "
"Update: I bought Zootopia on Bluray and saw it again. It was even better the second time around. I picked up on little things that I missed and actually laughed more. This is a movie I will rewatch many times. I cannot take credit for this description, but the best way to describe this film is noir for the whole family. Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde were fantastic main characters. The scene at the DMV with the sloths was comedy gold, and the Yak's memory "loss" was a hoot and a half. I smell a sequ"
"98% Certified Fresh Critics Consensus: The brilliantly well-rounded Zootopia offers a thoughtful, inclusive message that's as rich and timely as its sumptuously state-of-the-art animation -- all while remaining fast and funny enough to keep younger viewers entertained."
