Good idea, truculent and extremely schematic scrrenplay. Characters are just alibis for previsible twists. Al leats, Miike has a good and tense hand for action.

"After a 7 year old girl is murdered, the grandfather publicly issues a $10 million bounty on the head of the prime suspect (an already convicted rapist/murderer named Kiyomaru). An idealistic cop is assigned the protect and transport the suspect despite the repeated assassination attempts. Another great movie by Takashi Miike with an intriguing storyline.
