Summer 2021 Viewings (25 movies items)"Format: Blu-Ray Viewing: 1st Thoughts: I'm a sucker for Hanks and I found this to be a fairly solid and enjoyable Western. Nice to see him working with a child actor again, kind of reminded me of Road To Perdition. The story is pretty simple, Captain Kidd (a kind of news reporter of his day) finds a lost child and is tasked with taking the perilous journey of bringing her back home. Well, to be honest, I took me a while to get into this movie and I guess it mostly had to with the fact that the plot was actually really generic and predictable.
