Simply charming, a typically ravishing movie and with every clichés that deserves. Talking that the movie is characteristically romantic and it has cliche moments might seem negative but in this case is not. I wasn't expecting much from this flick but since I have a weak spot for romantic movies, I thought I should give it a try. Unfortunately, the whole thing was just terribly weak with an never-ending idiotic plot. I find it really hilarious when other viewers argue that this movie is dealing with true love. A simple rom-com that was a little predictable, had too little build-up and yet somehow seemed to run a bit long.

When a young American (Amanda Seyfried) travels to the city of Verona, home of the star-crossed lover Juliet Capulet of Romeo and Juliet fame, she joins a group of volunteers who respond to letters to Juliet seeking advice about love. After answering one letter dated from 1957, she inspires its author (Vanessa Redgrave) to travel to Italy in search of her long-lost love, which sets off a chain of events that will bring a love into both their lives unlike anything they have ever imagined.
