Although the whole revenge genre is pretty much seen already, greatly directed action made it so much better and Keanu's bad ass killer without mercy attitude was awesome so you can feel it. “Since I kept hearing some pretty good things about this movie, I thought I might as well check it out. The very same year, Denzel Washington showed up in 'The Equilazer' which had a very similar plot but even though 'The Equalizer' was also quite successful, I had actually a hard time to care about the damned thing and I thought that this movie was actually slightly better. First of all, even if it was their first directing effort for the two guys who made this movie (Chad Stahelski and David Leitch), they were actually really efficient and, above all, I really enjoyed the melancholic mood also helped by a really neat soundtrack. 2016: Films I've Watched in August (28 movies items)"First watched 8/30/2016 A film made by guys who understand action movies and what makes them fun and engaging and is reminiscent of those Hong Kong or Japanese action revenge flicks. Just to see Keanu back in a role that suits him is just so refreshing and seeing him kick ass is just awesome because once the action starts it just keeps coming in all the right ways! "

Minä pidin valtavasti elokuvan toimintajaksoista. Jopa niin paljon, että aloin kehitellä John Wick -juomapeliä. Ideana olisi ottaa aina jekkushotti, kun Wick tappaa jonkun. Shotteja tulisi varmaankin otettua niin paljon, että kuolema alkaisi korjata satoa myös olohuoneen puolella."
