Description: While out on the docks fishing, three children—siblings Fly & Stella, and their child-genius cousin Chuck Charles—become cut off from the shoreline by the incoming tide. While seeking refuge, they stumble across the secluded island hideaway laboratory of reclusive biologist/chemist Professor MacKrill/Mac Krell. Unknown to them, the Professor has found a way to change humans into sea-life and back again. Stella mistakes the changing potion for lemonade and is turned into a starfish when she drinks some. Her brother Fly mistakenly chucks her out into the ocean…only to learn from the video cameras the awful truth. Guilty ... (more)

"11.7. Technically this film is amazing, but only when considering animation and sound department. The writing on the other hand is absolutely terrible and makes little to no sense, apparently there's a radically different version of the film where many of the plot points actually somehow work, but for some reason they ended up changing things for the worse."
