“"Trust you? Trust you? Because of you, the head of the World Health Organisation is dead and Harry Potter has AIDS."
It's difficult to defend 2016's Grimsby as a legitimate motion picture, as it's moronic and gross in equal measure, but this is entirely by design. As a piece of brainless entertainment, Grimsby delivers with assurance, though it caters to a specific niche audience. It's very much in line with the previous works of the rambunctious Sacha Baron Cohen, retaining the vulgar, disgusting, politically incorrect tone previously beheld in Ali G Indahouse, Borat, Brüno and The Dictator. Indeed, anybody expecting a tasteful comedy has come to the wrong place. But even though Grimsby is silly, it's also a very, very funny movie which will prove to be enormously entertaining ” read more

" 7.2I'd forgive Sacha Baron-Cohen for the many borrowed jokes and for making a fine, serious, respected actor such as Mark Strong do this, because for all the bad taste this movie has, it freakin made me laugh several times. "
"There are a handful of hits, but there are way more misses, with some of the worst comedy bits ever to graze a major motion picture, and as a cherry on top includes desperate attempts to add pathos to a film in which the protagonists are sprayed with elephant semen. 1.6/10"

"Sacha Baron Cohen's 5th movie as a writer and star will leave his fans laughing their arses off! It's about two brothers reuniting after 28 years: one is an England football hooligan and the other an MI6 spy. What makes the movie hilarious is the recognisable comedic toilet humour and political correctness of Baron Cohen, whist having a strong comic chemistry with Mark Strong who is often put in hilarious scenarios and situations. The supporting talents of Rebel Wilson, Isla Fisher, Ray Winstone"
“I watched the trailer for this and seeing Sacha Baron Cohen lets you know that this is going to be a rather gross comedy. The guy doesn't seem to have any boundaries. I wonder how he constantly gets such huge stars to make fools of themselves with him. I have greatly enjoyed every film by Louis Leterrier so it looks like this may be the first time he fails me. If Sacha Baron Cohen has his way with the script like he does here then you can definitely expect some offensive jokes. The crazy thing here is Phil Johnston also wrote Wreck-It Ralph and Zootopia. So this is definitely a weird direction for him to take. Peter Baynham has also done a few kids movies like Arthur Christmas and Hotel Transylvania. He has worked on Bruno and Borat though. Anyways I'm not expecting much from this. I just ” read more
