Description: A Scottish lord is renting out his castle for a bed and breakfast to help make ends meet. A lot of people have designs on him and the castle, including a geneologist who thinks he's the rightful heir of Scotland, a wealthy American lady who wants him romantically even though he's really in love with his assistant, and the British Coal Board who wants to claim the castle as a group home for miners (true policy in the 1940's).
