"The 9th Zatoichi movie finds the blind swordsman minding his own business and wanting to enjoy a peaceful New Year's holiday at an inn but trouble starts brewing and soon Zatoichi is up to his neck in the dastardly deeds of a corrupt law official. If you've seen the other 8 entries before this one, you're not getting anything different here. This story builds drama with interesting characters and a big cast, and it pulls you in, but I was expecting a much better ending. There's no payoff at th"
