Description:
Despite Kecskemét being a free royal city in the 1600s, the Ottomans and the Labanc are equally taking ransoms. The son of tailor Lestyák, Miska suggests to the helpless city council to send a mission to Buda and ask for Kecskemét to be the headquarters of a bey, thus ensuring immunity from the harassment of the raiders. The city lords accept the advice, what is more, they entrust Miska with the office of chief constable.
