THIS FILM IS AMAZING!!
Yes but it isn't flawless. It isn't the best film of the decade. It isn't even the best film of 2008.

Give it a rest! This isn't a 5 star film. It isn't even a 4 star film. It is funny, it is directed reasonably well but it is not a landmark of cinema. It is not a masterpiece. It is a trashy film that started a trashy series that is enjoyable but lacks any real heart no matter how much they try and boost the cliched, empty love story. It is good looking trash but it is still trash underneath.

This doesn't want to make me "KICK ASS OUT OF INSPIRATION", it makes me want to kick ass out of anger and incredible frustration at how over rated this film is. It is AWFUL. Snyder clearly loves himself so much and the film reeks of pretentiousness. Give it a rest. It has a weak structure, no real emotion, crappy performances and even the effects can be bad but they are covered up by FLASHY SLOW MOTION! LOOK AT OUR FILM IT IS AWESOME! Ok guys it looks alright but where is the depth? Forgot about that? Too bad. Shame it didn't stop the cash flow for your useless film.

Fantastic film but with a lot of hype and it isn't QUITE as good as people make out. Cameron has done better films.

Cameron's latest film is also rather over rated. Amazing effects (best of all time) and a decent story but I felt like I'd seen some of the aspects before. A lot of it remined me of Lord of the Rings and they are much better films.

It is a modern classic but as with the other over rated films on this list that I loved, there have been other films that affected me more. That includes Fincher's own Se7en which is miles better in my eyes.
