Jade Cocoon: The Story of Tamamayu - PlayStation
Okay, when my list does more changing this will always remain in the top 3.
Not many people have heard about this game, but up until I got my first 360 (out of the many I have owned, GRRR RROD) I played this more times then I can fathom. It was the first rich story I really understood as a kid. It was Pokemon for an older crowd, with a story that was deeper then just, "be the best". The graphics at the time were great, and the FMV video cutscenes are/were amazing. I played this game so long once it MELTED my PS1 Memory card, (I have a witness). It also was one of the first games to have (this era I mean) to have a way of keep playing beyond the finish of the story, besides new game+. I wish they would make a number 3 based more on this one, number 2 was so aweful I am pissed they even added the name to it.
I would love to find this game somewhere and play it again.

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare - Xbox 360
This game had me going from the first mission, dropping out of a helicopter with a crazy Captain Price killing terrorists. From that first mission to the end I felt like I had to keep playing and I was at the edge of my seat the whole time. Then, there was the amazing balanced and polished Multi-player. I have never been so entranced by playing with a group of friends and devastating other teams and depending who I was playing with, doing it well. (looking at Mello and Frizz, man good times)The only issue I have with this game? The fact that activision took it and shat on it by making number 2 and 3, then leaving this one in the dust for hackers.
Fable - Xbox
AAHH, Fable, oh Fable. This game was both AMAZING, and a gaint disappointment. This was the first game I pre-ordered, the first game I skipped school to play, the first game that I followed every bit of news about till it came out. Just to find that 85% of that news was glorified.
Now don't get me wrong, I still Adore this game. Training up from a orphan to a hero, being able to decide what and how I want to play was so much fun. Weather I was farting on townspeople, buying a house, making love (using a condom), getting married, kicking a chicken, or slaying giant bees and trolls I would feel new almost every time I played.

Pokemon: Blue Version - Game Boy
Oh, the Pokemon, call me crazy, but any game that can get me to replay it over and over again, and enjoy the hell out of it every time is a winner. Picking between my little Bulbasaur, Charmander, or (my favorite) Squirtle and going to be "the very best" was so fun. I admit, after Silver/gold versions of the game they have gone slightly down hill, but they are one of the few series that has not changed one little bit and still gets played and good reviews over and over again. IF there is one series that might make me get a 3DS it would be this one.
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - PlayStation 3
This game could be knocked down depending on how much I play in the coming months. I played Oblivion a hell of a lot, but I do think this game is better overall.

Just what the name says. I am going to do my best in making a list of my Top Video/PC games. I am going to rate them based on both Fun and replay value (for myself) and my personal history with the game.
