Final Fantasy VI - PlayStation
I prefer the SNES version (Final Fantasy III), but the PSOne version gets the job done.

Chrono Trigger - Nintendo DS
Best if played on a SNES and it's pretty good on a Nintendo DS. The load times going to the menu on the Playstation version drove me nuts. I'm not sure if the PS2/3 improves it.

Star Ocean: The Last Hope International - PlayStation 3
XBox version was great with the exception of all the disc-swapping involved. I'm currently playing the PS3 version (which has no disc swapping).

Just a collection of RPGs I've enjoyed the past several years of my life. I'm going to keep it to a list of my top 25. There's plenty of RPGs I haven't played, so it may change over time.
