Mr. Arrow's death (again when I was a kid. Also, the talk between Jim and Silver after it happens almost got me going when I was a bit older).

The underdog ending when they actually let him play and he ended the game with that QB sack.

Mufasa's death (and once at the introduction).

When Harry finds his parents' grave.

Okay, this one DEFINITELY needs some explanation. When I went to go (shamefully) see this in theaters with my high school girlfriend, it was the use and variations of the song Iridescent that got me going. It was our song and she was my first love so...I don't know, it just hit me. Pretty stupid that it had to be in this, but at least it was for good reason.

Flashback to Tommy when he's being dragged away from Izzi's body (also, the piano melody that plays during the credits).

When Elizabeth tells her husband of why she waited to accept his marriage proposal, and how "he stammered so beautifully."

From Harry and Marion's last phone call all the way through to the end.

At the very end when Thorin embraces Bilbo saying, "I've never been so glad to be proven wrong."

...it's Les Miserables. And the fact that I went with my former cast/crew members from my high school's production of it just reinforces that. So I'm just going to list off the moments.

1) I Dreamed A Dream (No escaping this one)
2) Fantine's Death
3) Bring Him Home (For VERY personal reasons; what made my high school's production of it so great to me)
4) The Final Song (Both in the scope of the story and memories of our production)

The reunion of the Fellowship.

The final scene where the Scotsmen carry on their fight for freedom in Wallace's name.

When Woody and Buzz are "falling with style" back to Andy's car

When the toys stick by one another as they (almost) face the incinerator.

It's a really depressing movie, and I do feel the impact (no, not souly for the reason that the doggie dies XP), but it just doesn't hit me the way some movies do.

How I Feel Instead: Depressed

Am I the only one who didn't find the first scene to be the saddest thing ever? I mean, yeah it had its sad moments, but you're showing a whole life in a matter of minutes. I didn't think if gave enough time for the characters or the emotion to marinate, and for that I honestly find this moment overrated.

This is horrible for me to say, but maybe this will evoke that emotion from me now that Michael Clarke Duncan has sadly passed away. R.I.P. big guy :'(
