Frozen (2013)

i do not know exactly why but the more i think about this movie the more i hate it, at first i kinda liked it, but with time the movie just gets dumber and dumber in my head and honestly i tried to like it but i just can´t. the story is boring, bland sets, comprised of basically the colour white, and that dreadfull song...ugh!(olaf is funny at times though)

Toy Story 3 (2010)

i like the movie, but going so far as calling it the best work of Pixar, or even as some people call it "a masterpiece"... nope! to me Toy Story brings me more emotion and nostalgia than this, the message just seemed forced at this point since they did almost the same thing with the second movie, super overlooked.

Brave (2012)

I wanted to like this movie, mostly because it has an interesting setting, it promised an interesting female character, and a mysterious story, but when you watch the movie nothing of this is delivered, Merida just ends up being another damsel in distress who can´t do shit (luckily theres no prince), the story is dumb and every piece of interesting mithology in it is completely dismissed taking the fun out of the movie.

Aladdin (1992)

once again an overlooked movie from disney (seems like a pattern here you might think im doing this on porpuse but im not) the supposed hero/main character has very questionable intentions and the only things that the movie has on its favour is the genie character and some of the songs, and to be honest Jafar is also an overrated villain.

How to Train Your Dragon (2010)

is it a bad movie...no, is it a good movie...yes, is it overrated...yes very!, this is one of those that i dont necessarily hate it, its just the fact that i think its overlooked for the wrong reasons, and what makes that you ask, the cuteness factor, i think the movie as much more to it than cute dragons, in contrary of what many people think, so technically its a different kind of overrating.

Shrek (2001)

a very overrated series in my opinion, the first movie is just boring, the third is a disaster, ant the fourth one is just meh, the only one that is kinda good is the second, and even that one is not amazing, a lot of people like it for the "edgy" comedy but to me it doesn´t deliver very memorable moments.

Ice Age (2002)

I like Ice Age, i just happen to like the sequels more, this movie is overrated on the sense that people put this one on a high pedestal when comparing it to the other ones, but in my opinion the sequels are far better, making this one in particular overrated in my eyes.

one and a half hour of car puns, to this day i still question myself how can people handle that!, a big Nope for me.(it still has its moments though)

Coraline (2009)

i think the fact that this is the only movie that has EVER! made me and my friend walk out in the middle of it, and so that you have a background on it, we dont do that ever, for as bad as a movie is, but for some reason this one was unbearable, and what was my surprise when i discover that its actually quite a liked movie, i dont get it, i just dont.(i might consider to give it a new try but while the memories are vivid i will avoid it)

Alright so in the past i have made a list of the most underrated animated movies (you can check it here if you want to)so since im a completionist i decided to make a list of the most overrated animated movies.

i know i might get some hate but honestly i dont care since this is MY opinion, so take that in consideration when writing possible feedback (constructive criticism is welcomed though), and even after this explanation you feel anger inside remember, cookies always help in those situations.

Also take note of something very important, overrated doesnt mean bad or that i dont like them, it just means that they get more praise than they deserve.(also i know it might look like it but no...i do not hate disney im actually a fan when they do stuff right)
