I'm gonna get a-lot of heat for this one but I seriously see no fun factor in Homer Simpson. On one hand he is lazy, stupid, doofus, hopelessly hopeless and on the other hand he is devoted to his family and has heroic moments. I like both of his sides but neither side has made a big impression on me.
I'm also getting tired of seeing him raking the first spot in many Greatest Cartoon Characters list and frankly speaking, I'm a little annoyed too. I may have not seen many Simpsons episodes but I've seen somewhere around 3-4 seasons and even though he had his funny moments, none of them really quite screamed for a re-watch or a rewind!
Sorry, but I just don't see anything in this bloke!

Bart Simpson is a worst role model for kids. He is obnoxious and really, really unnecessary!
The son to the above, Bart Simpson is your average brash brother, unruly kid on the block and the rebellious student in the school. He also embraces the good side in some episodes and becomes quite likable but not for long. From the second he appeared onscreen for the first time, I simply just didn't like him at all and 'hate' would be a strong word!

South Park (1997)
South Park is absolutely the WORST TV show I've seen and offers no real entertainment. The characters are even more worse. The movie was the pits!
From the profanity-obsessed kids, Eric Cartman stands out as the worst. It was painful seeing just one episode with him onscreen and even to this day I've only seen a half-episode. Even in the movie he was no good.
Right now I can't really write much but I will in due time - Watch this space!

I'm not talking about Winnie The Pooh that appears in books. I'm talking about Winnie The Pooh that appears in cartoons. One of the most major disappointments I've seen!
His innocent, bumbling nature really melts hearts and did mine too but since I've read many Winnie The Pooh books, the animated Pooh just wasn't worth it and as for the whole 3D make-over... Forget it!

Mickey Mouse is the everyman to the energetic Donald Duck and the naive Goofy and still manages to be... boring!
I have to agree that I did like him when I was young but as I grew up, I just didn't see the entertainment in him nor the 'great character' aura around him. I still watch Donald Duck & Goofy cartoons to this day but I always skip the Mickey Mouse cartoons. He pretty much manages to screw his own cartoons up!
Like the above, he too has gone under a 3D make-over! What is up with these people?
I only liked him in Fantasia

SpongeBob SquarePants (1999)
*Sigh* you all know this character. No. 10 in my list but No. 1 in all things Gay. He is one aimless character to which no-one except that preschool student and Patrick can relate to. Pitiful + that cheap Angus Young attire rip-off...
These 6 cartoon characters have failed to make an impression on me!
