Books almost anyone should like...

So you want to buy a book for a friend or family member, but you don't really know what they like, except for maybe a general comment of: "I like science fiction" or "I am interested in world history", or worse yet, they respond with "I don't like reading". These books are funny, interesting and I think most people with a sense of humor would enjoy them. There isn't that much to read in them, which is a bonus sometimes, especially if you don't know what sort of writing style so-and-so likes or what books in their collection they already own. Or if you are just tired of giving gift cards or DVDs, you might want to try some of these. Note: These books also make great additions to most personal collections. While not high-brow, they are, in general, interesting little collections.
