Best Animated shows

A fluke. My husband just happened to find this on On Demand one day, and we were bored, so we watched. The story, the magic and the characters are so well-thought-out, you easily forget that it's a kid's show. Rich and well-done.

Whoever thought that Bevis and Butthead could have such an amazing spin-off? A truly great series. Not the least because there were times I felt very much like Daria myself, both in high school, and later.

My major Anime obsession. People that transform into the animals of the Zodiac. How could I not love that. And I adore the characters, as well. The entire series has a lovely sense of humor, and an underlying darkness that makes it appeal even more.

Mythology, Creatures, and Shakespeare in one show? The first two seasons were fantastic. It's too bad Disney decided to stop trying the third season...

I'd only vaguely known about these comics before the cartoon was shown on MTV, but even without knowing the comic, I have to say it was an intriguing concept, and nicely delivered in this format.
