In a World... (2013) (2013)
~ Offers a funny and interesting look into the voice-over acting world. Lake Bell's directorial debut is worth a look.
Vix's rating:

~ Yes a lot of the characters play up the stereotypes but this movie has a lot of heart and has so many funny moments.
Vix's rating:

~ While the story is very simple, what gets me is the realistic portrayal. I could identify with all of the characters and at the end, it really made me appreciate my parents all the more.
Vix's rating:

The Equalizer (2014)
~ A spritual sequel to Man On Fire. The action sequences are outstanding.
Vix's rating:

What We Do in the Shadows (2014)
~ This mockumentary about a group of vampires living in New Zealand is funny even if the pacing is uneven at times.
Vix's rating:

21 Jump Street (2012)
~ The main thing I liked about this is the chemistry between Tatum and Hill.
Vix's rating:

~ This is the kind of role Keanu Reeves needs to do more of: minimum dialogue, maximum action.
Vix's rating:

~ Dark comedy meets vigilantism in a saccharine fantasy world. This movie is a little strange but well worth watching.
Vix's rating:

~ Far exceeded my expectations. Amazing film. Funny, real. Love it.
Vix's rating:

Kingsman: The Secret Service (2015)
~ When it comes to the plot, check your brain at the door but this action spy fest is wonderful.
Vix's rating:

Eva (2011)
~ Though the story peters out towards the end, it's still a though-provoking film.
Vix's rating:

The Woman In Black (2012)
~ Decent supernatural suspense film. My main thought was "Man, toys from that era are really freaky.". A cat figurine that shines shoes? C'mon!
Vix's rating:

Apollo 13 (1995)
~ No matter how many times I watch this movie, it always gets me..."Will they survive?"
