2011 Movies

Nick: hhmm. I'm still sorting this movie out. I love strange movies and this one fits into that category. I have done a little reading about it also. But, this movie makes you think there is something to solve but in reality I don't think Lynch had a concrete idea himself. I think he was leaving a lot to be translated. This one keeps you thinking and that is what Lynch wanted. But do I the viewer want to keep thinking about this movie? No, I dont want to think about when im taking a show and it pops into my mind, I don't want to invest any more time into something that relies so much on me. 5/10

Elaina: Uhhhh....

Nick: A interesting documentary that could have been done a thousand times better. I felt like there was a hidden agenda and I dont like that. 5/10

Nick: Kinda doing stuff during the movie but watched pretty much the last half. It was ok. 4/10

Nick: I think this one was the best version of the Christmas Carol I've ever seen. The one with Bill Murry was pretty good but this one had a little bit more detail. But like a lot of other movies took a downhill turn pretty quickly. 5/10

Nick: eh, didn't make it all the way through. Can't give it a rating.

Elaina: Saw like, 7 minutes of it...

Elaina: Started out pretty good (Weird Al opening theme!) and had a lot of potential, but went down hill pretty fast. 3/10

Nick: What happened? Is Micheal Keaton wearing eye makeup? 2/10

Nick: You know what this is? sweet premium wine. Pretty good Kung Fu movie. It's a continuation of the Drunken master movie with Jackie Chan.It lacks in story and acting but its cheesyness makes up for it. 5/10

Elaina: Didn't see this.

Nick: Another Jackie Chan Movie. Pretty good although it did go on for a little long. Some good action and stunts and the story was cheesy enough for me to enjoy. 6/10

Elaina: Good Jackie Chan movie! Did drag on for a bit, but had good action scenes and humor. 6/10

Nick: A really good Jackie Chan movie. I liked the setting and the story. Jackie is great in this one as well as the other actors. I love movies like this one! 6.5/10

Elaina: Didn't see this.

Nick: Great Jackie Chan Movie. Funny with what I thought was a good ending. The action was well choreographed and didn't go on for long periods. 6.5/10

Elaina: I thought this was really good! I like Jackie's role as an older man, the humor was good and the fight scenes were great. 7/10

Elaina: Oh, sheesh, I don't think I've jumped so much ever! Really suspenseful and scary at first, but the second half of the movie really lost steam. It's like they didn't know what to do with it. Could've been the scariest movie ever, but didn't quite make it. 6/10

Nick: Oh man, I think Elaina punched me in the face a few times this movie. If I had to give it a rating for the first half it would be an 8 but the second half went downhill really fast and that is a big pet peave of mine. 5/10

Nick: interesting concept for a movie if it was made in the 80's but being made today it was very lackluster. Boring in parts, good in others. I think it could have been a lot better if John Carpenter would have directed it but he didn't. 4/10

Elaina: I really like this! I know it was a bunch of killing, but I liked it. I think if it wasn't Australian it wouldn't have been half as god. 6/10

Nick: Arnold in all of his glory. Action from the beginning, you can't find movies like this anymore. 6.5/10

Elaina: Classic Arnold! Just action and killin. 6/10

Nick: (fell Asleep 10 mins in) it was bad for 10 mins. 2/10

Elaina: Yeah, this was pretty terrible. I remember seeing some of this when I was young and it scared me, so I wanted to see if it was still scary... Nope. 2/10

Nick: Disappointed it could have been a scary movie. It was very slow from the start. The drama was unnecessary for the plot. 3/10

Elaina: Man, this could have been really good, but it just kinda fizzled out. Predictable. 4/10

Nick: Was this supposed to be funny? It was such a aggravating movie to sit through. The constant bickering did nothing to influence the tension but instead it just made the movie seem silly. This one could have been a lot better had they worked more on the story. Ending made no sense whatsoever. 3/10

Elaina: This movie was annoying. It had some potential, but was pretty lame. 3/10

Elaina: Yeeaahhh.... this was pretty terrible. I don't remember it being a musical. 2/10

Nick: oh man fell asleep.

Elaina: I thought this was pretty creepy, but it didn't live up to it's full potential. But pretty good! 5/10

Nick: Eh, it could have been so much better. Lame story it tries to make you believe but doesn't give the tools for that to happen. 4/10

Nick: Oh this movie, so cheesy yet so disturbing. The way this movie is shot really hits me a creepy way. 7/10

Elaina: This movie... There are some creepy parts, but I just don't think it's that scary. But Bruce Campbell is cute. 4/10

Elaina: Great early 90's movie. I don't know if there's anything bad about it. Grits! 7/10

Nick: Great movie! Held my attention the whole movie which is a big feat. Gotta love Joe Pesci and Marisa Tomei is hot! 7/10

Nick: Great 80's Crime Comedy. Very well acted. A little drawn out. 6/10

Elaina: Good 80's movie, good Tom Hanks movie. 6/10

Nick: Classic! Twinkie Wiener Sandwich. 7/10

Elaina: I love Weird Al. 8/10

Elaina. Great, great movie, but it lost steam at the end. I love the Gene Wilder-Richard Pryor combo. 6/10

Nick: Gotta love Wilder and Pryor together; blind and deaf. The longer it goes on it looses it. 5/10

Nick: Episodes can be bad or good, you really don't know which one it's going to be. I feel like the series is being drawn out because it is on tv. Is this lost but with zombies instead? 5/10

Elaina: Predictable. It started out really great, but after the first few episodes it was like, "Yep". 5/10

Elaina: Whoa. Turrible. I like 80's movies, but wow. 4/10

Nick: Hhmm. The fact that I did not remember watching this movie says a lot. After Elaina explained, I remembered. It could have been a lot better! 4/10

Nick: Slow, boring and drawn out. 3/10

Elaina: I know it's supposed to be one of those great movies, but it's really not. So long. 3/10

Elaina: This was great! It was so unlike anything I've seen. Really great! 7/10

Nick: Pretty good movie. Good acting, Pretty good special effects for a lower budget movie. I like how the movie ended. 7/10

Nick: Suck aaahhhh suck. It was kinda like a bad dream.....oh that's whats called a nightmare. Drawn out, poor plot, poorly written, bad acting and just plain boring. 2/10

Elaina: I really like David Bowie and that's why I wanted to see this movie, but it was absolutely terrible. 2/10

Elaina: Okay, this is supposed to be one of the classics, so I decided to watch it. It was not all that great - there wasn't much plot, most of the movie took place at a party, there just wasn't anything to it. 5/10

Nick: Didn't see this.

Nick: Oh the 80's and how I love thee. Oh Chevy Chase and how I love thee as much. This movie can be grueling but in a great kind of way. 6/10

Elaina: Classic Chevy Chase and great 80's movie. 6/10
