This film is an emotional roller coaster, with a great and timeless story to match.

It's entertaining, visually engaging and smartly written, but the ending really makes no sense on any level whatsoever.

The film has a lot of powerful moments, and a good message, but the film's unbelievably slow beginning and underdeveloped characters drag the film down quite a bit.

Nowhere near as scary as the first film, it's still an entertaining fright fest that at least tries to capture the feel of the original film.
