Matthew Lillard is one of the most under-rated actors of all time (in my opinion of course:)

What's so great about him is his variety. He's convincing no matter if he is playing a psychotic (spelling?) serial killer in Wes Craven's Scream, a talking dog's best friend in Scooby Doo, or a Punk Poser in the middle of Utah NO WHERE.

Description: SLC Punk starts out entertainingly enough as a sarcastic snapshot of the punk-rock scene in Salt Lake City in 1985--complete with mohawks, moshing, and vague avowals of anarchy. But gradually, the wanderings of Stevo (Matthew Lillard from Scream) and Heroin Bob (Michael Goorjian) turn into a multilayered exploration of character and culture shock.
