Description:
Cheyenne is deputized by Pinkerton to escort an old friend Wes McQueen, now a convict, to where he stashed $30K. Wes is turned over to Cheyenne in his hometown where he is hated. They are confronted by the Martin gang who force Cheyenne to shoot Cote Martin who wants revenge for Wes killing his brother. While Cheyenne clears the shooting with Sheriff Ringler, Wes runs into Ten Cents Harmon who wants Wes to rejoin his gang. Cheyenne has to trust that Wes is right by joining Ten Cents' gang that is about to hold up a bank. He poses as Wes so he can guide the boy onto the straight and narrow and find the money hidden this past 10 years in the Valley of the Moon. Cheyenne finds the gang and Billy plus the young female hostage Clovis.
