Description:
Sgt. Jack Ramsey is an undercover detective with the Los Angeles Police Department who finds himself teamed with an extremely sexy but very green partner named J.Z. Kane. Together they form a friendship and trust - completely platonically - that leads to them capturing many of L.A.'s criminals.
Lt. Kipling is their boss. "Dog and Cat" is a slang term used by police officers to denote a male-female partnership.
