Why Him? update feed
"I like the cast but there wasn't a single funny thing in this film."
" DVD- 1hr. 51min. First Viewing While the cast is fine, able to wring several laughs out of bland material, Why Him? just tries too hard, at every turn, for laughs that should come naturally. It doesn't have much energy either; things just happen, then another thing, then another, without much rhythm. It's intermittently entertaining, but not much else."
"Bueno esta es de esas películas que están mal escritas pero igual entretienen, ya sea por el carisma del personaje idiota que hace James Franco o por un gran actor que realmente parece estar incomodo con lo que sucede en la película como Bryan Cranston pero resulta entretenida cuanto menos. Lo que si es que la mala escritura se hace presente desde el clímax donde todo se empieza a solucionar porque si dándole salida fácil a toda las problemáticas planteadas en la película. "

*Otherwise I'm not sure when I would have watched it.
*The fact that this is written and directed by John Hamburg who wrote for Meet the Parents films makes complete sense.
*It's pretty much the same type of humor and the scenario is almost the same.
*This is the second film written by Ian Helfer.

"Watched 04/02/2017 Rating 5.0/10 Format: Blu Ray rarely do you laugh and so much happens within the first 1hr of the movie you think that could be the whole movie but theres still another 45mins that doesnt go anywhere and HOLY SHIT did they make the little brother an annoying douche. "
" 5 April. Not the funniest Meet-the-Parents kind of comedy with Bryan Cranston as a self-made businessman meeting her daughter's self-made millionaire played by James Franco, but the presence of both actors make it watchable."
