" A much better introduction to Varg Veum than the film series' first installment as it sheds some light on his background and his personal demons from when he was employee of the Child Protection Agency. An interesting plot as well that has some good developed characters and a good dangerous threat in Nikolaj Lie Kaas. A little healthier budget would have made miracles so that one could hire a couple of more actors playing suspects as the potential bad guys are again not that surprising. "
