Tarantinomaista tuntua oli tässä jonkin verran läsnä, mutta eniten tämä on velkaa Kurosawan Rashomonille. Hyvin vahvasti juoni -ja hahmopainotteinen elokuva, jossa kiinnostavalla tavalla tarina muuntuu jokaisen päähenkilön kohdalla monimutkaiseksi vyyhdiksi. Ajoittain harmittavan pitkäveteinen, mutta paranee tasaisesti lopputwi"
