“If you were to merely mention the name M. Night Shayamalan in a room full of movie watchers, you would either elicit hysterical laughter, or hysterica”
"Re-watch - Dec. 12th Getting back into Shyamalan this year has me wanting to revisit his first two films, and I'm glad to say that this one has held up well. I'm sure that's not too surprising, but the story and the cast and just everything fires on all cylinders. I still get caught up in it on an emotional level too. Kids have pretty good instincts in horror films so please listen when they are complaining about a lady hiding in their closet, floating in the pool, or dead people roaming the halls. "
"I see dead people. An old favorite and for good reason. The twist at the end.. I still remember the first time - it boggled my mind. Great play up and execution.Scary Movie Moment: The same as Bravo's when the girl was in the tent. The tent freaked me out anyway.OCT072017-NETFLIX"
“This movie is beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. It is a work of art, an wonderful, emotional experience and a true classic. There's really not much more to say...the acting is excellent, particularly from young Haley Joel Osment, who had a hard task in portraying the extremely deep character of Cole Sear. Bruce Willis, as well, gives an outstanding performance in the best role I've seen him in before or since. At once touching, suspenseful, joyous, sad, and shocking, The Sixth Sense is a movie everyone should see at least once. Don't let its categorization by some as a horror movie scare you away...it isn't a horror movie. It's a drama, and one of the greatest ones of all at that.” read more
