Suspect is a 1960 British thriller film directed by Roy Boulting and John Boulting and starring Tony Britton, Virginia Maskell, Ian Bannen, Peter Cushing and Donald Pleasence. Based on the novel A Sort of Traitors by Nigel Balchin, it was filmed on a limited budget at Shepperton in seventeen days. The film was released in the United States as The Risk.

"Scientists race to find a cure for a plague despite the British government's refusal to publish their research. When a foreign power tricks a scientist into handing over the information, the threat of the cure's military use is heightened. A little known low budgeter by the Boulting brothers. It's a decent enough movie that's got a nice pace to it with a good storyline.
