Movies the giraffe watched in 2017: July (33 movies items)"First viewing - July 8th I feel like there's a good movie here, but it's buried beneath a slew of scenes that could have been excised. Perhaps Ms. Amirpour needs a better editor to work with her going forward, because holy crap does this drag along for no good reason. I'm sure she'd defend it as her unique vision, but originality doesn't always equal good quality.
