"October 21st Directed by: Samuel Bayer Honestly, this one's a banger. There's so many fantastic ideas in here, not one of which being making Freddy Kruger a super pedophile but I mean, it's something. The pacing is super fast but never annoying, it's actually tense at times and Jackie Earle Haley's performance is incredible. I'm really impressed, I think this is better than the original."
"Actualmente todo clásico tiene que tener un remake, y muchas veces este puede matar la franquicia para su renovación, aquí pasa pero no a un nivel tan critico diría que este película una promedio de Freddy. Es el remake de la primera película con los mismos personajes pero diferente historia o por lo menos una variación en esta pues es casi una calca en muchas tomas y en los conceptos de las escenas pero también añade cosas nuevas al universo de Freddy sin dañar lo antiguo así que est"
" A lot of the A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET sequels are pretty bad. The way the franchise rather quickly turned Freddy Krueger, one of the most iconic horror villains, from a terrifying murderer to a commercial joke is a bit sad. Wes Craven did a lot of damage control with his NEW NIGHTMARE and in this remake of the original 1984 masterpiece, the filmmakers have attempted to truly make Freddy Krueger a monster again. "OCTOBER 3: I am one of the few individuals who enjoyed this remake, perhaps even more so than the first. Heather Langenkamp's performance really got on my nerves, which is why I'm not a huge fan of the original. I think this was a great remake. It gave more detailed backstory to Krueger's development, which I found the original lacking in. I also found the characters more likeable. Out of the remakes that were done for the "Hellish Trinity" (Halloween, Friday the 13th, Nightmare on Elm Street)"
"Rapey Krueger kills "teens". Jackie Earle Haley is pretty good as Freddy but the movie itself is pretty average modern horror film and it's filled with shitty "jumpscares"."
