"Due gang di delinquenti di mezza tacca (rubano moto). Un quartiere senza bellezza nè legge. Poliziotti arruffoni e indistinguibili dai malviventi. Un assassino per caso che vuole farsi prendere in modo che la taglia finisca in qualche modo alla moglie. Una prostituta che un po' lo aiuta e un po' fa gli interessi dei suoi boss.
