When did criminals and federal agents get along? Well, Peter Burk and Neil Caffrey do. Peter being an FBI agent becomes friends with Con Artist, Neil Caffrey who he had been chasing for years. Peter takes Neal as a consultant after capturing him again for breaking out of prison to find Kate. This series is really confusing as it shows that everyone sees Wilfred as a normal dog and Ryan sees Wilfred as a man that's dressed in a dog costume and can talk to only Ryan who can only hear him. She seems to be friendly with him even after he told her that he told Jonathan about knowing Clark's secret which led him to his death. They grow even closer when Lionel helps Martha as senator. Lionel was even going to shoot himself in order to let Martha live when they were captured.
