Matilda (1996)
First up on the list, Matilda. If ever there was a movie I would chose that could fully encapsulate my childhoodness, it would be this. I love this movie. I was simply tickled pink with the idea of having Matilda's abilities. I love everything about this. The cast was superb; the music, the shots, the works!

A Little Princess (1995)
This is classic in my humble opinion. 'Twas a fairytale and who can argue with that? I don't know, I guess you just have to be five and watch this to get the full effect.

It Takes Two (1995)
I've forgotten how much times I watched this. This is the Olsen twins at their best.
Elizardc's rating:

The Parent Trap (1998)
This remake really tickles my toes. I think it's got more umph than It Takes Two. Linsay Lohan at her best. Haha, the parents had me going too.

Batman & Robin (1997)
Nanananananananananana Batman. Say all you want about this movie, but seriously, it's the one I grew up with. I liked it, A LOT!
Elizardc's rating:

Casper (1995)
He's the friendly ghost! This was the shizzle when I was a kid. I love this movie. And the song when they dance in the end = awesomeness.
Say all you want about this one too but Lightsaber battles don't get any better.
Elizardc's rating:

Yeah, as a kid, this movie freaked me out a little. I mean, come on who wouldn't get freaked out with giant bugs? But still I couldn't stop watching.
Elizardc's rating:

The Wizard of Oz (1939)
Do I really need to say why I this is here? Didn't think so.
Elizardc's rating:

Childhood movies don't get any better than this. Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory don't got nothing to Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Sure Charlie was able to stand on its own, but Willy Wonka's the classic. It's got more of a fairytale feel in it don't you think? I like the songs here better. Totally trippy.
Elizardc's rating:

Stepmom (1998)
I think what I liked about this movie was the song, "Aint No Mountain High Enough" and how well it was interwoven into the story. Just goes to show how one song can really make a movie.
Elizardc's rating:

Yeah, I bet you were a Power Ranger fan too once upon a time. No? Well you should have been. The Power Rangers were so kick-ass you don't even know.
Elizardc's rating:

George of the Jungle (1997)
What? It was catchy. George, George, George of the Jungle watch out for that... tree!
You definitely can't get away with movies like this nowadays.

Jingle All the Way (1996)
Haha, Christmas movies aren't really my thing, but haha, this one was.
Elizardc's rating:

Jungle 2 Jungle (1997)
I don't really know what I liked about this movie, I just know I watched it repeatedly at one point.
Elizardc's rating:

I grew up with JTT, one of his movies had to be here. Whatever happened to him anyway?
Elizardc's rating:

A list of movies that I really really liked when I was a kid. I watched over and over. Memories lines. The works. Sometimes, I girl needs a hobby.
