The Beautician and the Beast (1997)
This is same story which was in The Nanny series: Fran Drescher's female character goes to look after three children of very rich single father and the lady falls in love with her boss. This time American night school teacher Miss Miller travels to Slovetsia, a beautiful "ex" dictature in Easten Europe run by Boris Pochenko. Pochenco doesn't know human rights etc, but luckily, love finds the way and he even shave his Stalin moustache and wears Yves Saint Laurent instead of a starched uniform in the end of the movie. (By the way, I really love this film!)
