The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword - Nintendo Wii
This is so awesome, a very streamlined Zelda experience (some would say too streamlined). It has great dungeons, awesome art style and dungeons, incredible motion controls and a lot of content! I hated the Levias fight, though, it's so frustrating! Fi also interrupts too much to tell obvious things; and the text is too slow.
Paulo Júnior's rating:

Although REALLY good and REALLY epic and near-perfect, I think this didn't age perfectly. Maybe I'd feel differently about it if I had played the 3DS version. I just think other games have higher highs (and that, of course, is because they're built on OoT's foundation). It's, as per Zelda tradition, filled to the brim with quality content with a lot of variety, depth and charm.
The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap - Game Boy Advance
I almost finished it. I'll still do it. Capcom reaches Nintendo levels of quality in this game, with awesome gameplay with also a lot of variety and ingenious level design. The art style is incredibly good! It's IMO the best-looking 2D Zelda, before or since. Ezlo also is a really nice companion.

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess - Nintendo Wii
I still didn't finish it. It's a great game, although as far as I played lacked challenge. I really loved its graphics, they're realistic and evocative and my preferred style for Zelda. They look a bit gritty, like OoT and MM, but the art style could be a bit more unique sometimes. Link's gadgets are also some of the best. The wolf is nice, but getting the tears is such a chore!

The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker - GameCube
A great game, as far as I played, but as far as I played completely devoid of challenge. It has a great, expressive, art style, although it's not my preferred style. It oozes charm!
The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask - Nintendo 64
This game is very good. Especially considering the relatively small development time (for Nintendo standards). It really is a new game; but the reuse of assets, although expected, really makes it less interesting. Also, the timeloop mechanic, although very unique, can be irritating at times (you lose all your accountable items), but it was very well implemented nonetheless. I can't deny the game is a bit on the short side and has almost no story in it (it's all veeery vague). And in this game a lot of what seems to be side-quests are needed to progress. This, and the stray fairy searches in the dungeons, are exploratory designs that are at constant odds with the time limit. But Termina is a much more unique location than Hyrule.

To Play
Didn't play or didn't play enough (but want to)
The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening - Nintendo Switch
The art style seems amazing! And Link's Awakening is so acclaimed, yet I couldn't bring myself to play with Gameboy Color graphics. It seems so charming and quirky!
The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds - Nintendo 3DS
This looks to be an improvement over AlttP, although it borrows so much from it. The graphics seem very good, although not as good as actual 2D IMO.
The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past - Super famicom and SNES
I played a bit of this, but it really didn't hit a chord with me right away. It's the blandest Zelda I intend to play, being the one all the others borrowed from. But it seems to be very well made and earn its incredible reputation.
The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
The sequel to BotW, I don't think I'll be playing any of the two.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild - Nintendo Switch
I must admit I play Zelda mostly for the dungeons, which BotW doesn't seem to be very good at.

Unranked
I don't plan to play
The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages - Game Boy Color
This is probably really good. I just can't stand the graphics.
The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons - Game Boy Color
This is probably really good. I just can't stand the graphics.
Zelda II: The Adventure of Link - Famicom and NES
I don't like the graphics and it's probably very outdated.
