Fictional characters I would get along with in rea

I'd get along with most of this alien family, because I don't get humans either. Most of them.

Dick is cool.


Harry is kind of cool, too. Cool is not really the word, but he wouldn't bug me in real life. Most characters, even ones I like, would bother me in real life.

Roy Neary is cool. I like his devotion to making the devil's tower out of his mashed potatoes, and his sense of humour. And when he starts shovelling all that dirt and crap into the kitchen from the yard. Just awesome.

Britta is hilarious. She is interested in a lot of subjects that are also important to me (animal rights, protecting the environment, human rights) and is goofy. I think we would get along pretty well.


Abed... how could you not love Abed? Obsessed with movies, no stupid chit chat, doesn't waste time with manners. Abed rocks.


Senor Chang... he just makes me laugh my ass off. Crazy or not, I like this guy.

Jack Bellicec, the sarcastic smart-mouth from IofBS (1978). "What seems to be the trouble officer?" (said on the phone when Matthew Bennell is trying to talk to the copper).

Patrick Jane is cool. I'd get along with him, I think. I might not want to see him every day, but I don't like seeing ANY human every day. But he would be tolerable.

Hehe. Ren. Ren just seems like a slightly high-strung little dude. Of course he flips at Stimpy. Stimpy is an idiot.

Okay... she is 8, but grown up Lisa Simpson would be someone awesome to hang out with. Intelligent, moral and caring... how could you not love Lisa?

Dale is pretty cool- he thinks before he does something, and cares about retaining his humanity. Of course, he can also be utterly annoying. If it was the end of the world, I might get annoyed with him. Hard to say. I am not a people person, not really, at the best of times. I smile at them, then get exhausted and have to go home. If I was forced to deal with them? God.


Glenn is awesome, of course. I need to hang out with more mellow people. He seems like he would be an awesome friend, loyal, caring, bright, understated.


There are, of course, other characters on the show that are much more "bad-ass" (like Daryl) but in real life? We would butt heads. I can be an asshole, let's put it that way.

I might get along with Mulder. Maybe. He can be a little sanctimonious and whiny (or maybe I am just an asshole... that sounds about right) but Scully would try my patience waaaaay faster.



I could probably get along with Max. Actually, I am pretty sure I would get along with him. I know people like him.


The only lone gunmen I would get along with is Langley. Frohicke is a pervert. Maybe Byers. Hard to say. Crap, are those even their names? I haven't watched X-Files in forever.

Btw, most of the photos in the photo section for X-Files suck. If I was new to this show and saw all the stupid kissy-face photos of Mulder and Scully, I would say to myself "what the hell is this bullshit?" and I would never want to watch it.

I'd get along with Dale Cooper.


I'd like Ben, especially after he cracks up and does the civil war battle.

Audrey. Audrey is cool.


Remember the guy with agoraphobia who grows the plants? He seems okay, too. Kind of neurotic, but aren't we all?
