Fight Club (1999)
There's nothing worse than people who like to pick fights over nothing and everything, but, for some reason, there are some around here who do exactly that. I don't know what causes one to think that picking a random fight with the other members is something nice to do. Maybe they're just bored, or, just common internet trolls, but, still, it gets really annoying. Especially if you're caught in the middle of it.
A Public Opinion (1967)
Everyone should be able to express their opinions (as long as they're not like racist, xenophobic or other things like that) freely, shouldn't they? But, well, it seems like a great deal of people around here just can't listen to what someone has to say and be okay with it. It's like they feel this certain need to try to convince others that their opinion is the right one, and well, you're wrong.
Spammers.
When you work on a list, especially those that require more work, you're sort of eager to know what other people think about it, how they will react to what you're exposing, and then you get something like: "My sister made (insert number) money..." and blah, blah, blah, which is definitely so annoying.
Another issue is for that people who post a series of pictures to which if you flip them through fast enough, they have movement. Sure the galleries are nice ways to share with other people something that isn't there yet, but, people don't really want to be able to create a stop-motion version of a mere walk to the car or to get a coffee...

The Great Man Votes (1939)
The people who are here just for the votes, whatever the costs.
I have once gotten a comment in which the person said something "needed" votes. Advertising your list is okay, if the other person you're advertising to agrees with it. But, when you say something "needs" votes in my opinion you just sound like a points-tramp, that you're here for people to like what you're doing no matter whether they've actually seen it or not.

Bruce Almighty (2003)
The people who think they are better than everyone else.
Trust me, they're there. They tend to be people to whom opinions don't matter (and go back to the 2nd item here, in which they'll try to convince you you're wrong), they have absolutely no regard to life in a community, so, basically, they do whatever they want and expect to get away with it.

People who insist on breaking the rules...
I'm no Saint here, I know I have broken a few rules before, and I know sometimes it might happen without you even meaning to, but, anyway, around here I tend to live by the following things:
Try to help make this a better place/community, helping the mods take down things that go against the rules more than disturbing the mods with something I might have done wrong.
If you like to post pictures, that's great, I love to do it too, but, would it cost too much for you to check whether the picture is already there before you post it? The answer is: no. Plus, it saves everyone problems, cause I'm sure no one around here enjoys having their pictures deleted for being duplicates, right?
Would it kill for people, in case of a doubt, ask a mod about something they don't know before they just go ahead and do it? Also, no.
And the list of things around here goes on and on and on...

Rank - The Smiths
I suppose Listal initially started out as a place for people to find others with the same interests they have and talk about it, things like that. I think the points system might have kind of perverted that idea, since nowadays a great deal of the users only care about that, and that's sad, cause I think this could be a much better website if people wanted to create a database where you could find pretty much everything...
I also have no idea why being higher up in the rank around here is so important to some people, after all, I don't think it really changes anything in real life... Unless you count the lack of a social life due to the time you have to spend around here to maintain what some may think it's a status is something to be considered...

People who are rude for no reason.
I know those people can be found anywhere, seriously, anywhere, but, it always baffles me. I mean, why in the world do some feel the need to be extremely rude to someone they don't even know?! But, well, it happens... "/

The people who are definitely wrong, but still try to make it seem like they were the ones victimized here.
If one posts something that goes against the rules and you know it, why does one feel the need to make a fuss about when it gets deleted/reported when they should have known they were wrong to begin with? I think the only possible explanation I can find for it is that there are people around here who have no idea what the rules really are, and that there are actually people around here who are working to prevent that from happening...
Made a mistake? Everyone does once in a while, get over it and move on, don't try to start a whole riot over it, or think that the mods have been unfair to you, when, really, "you can tell it to the jury, but you ain't got no case".

The Voice of the People: Public Opinion and Democracy... - Professor James S. Fishkin
People who make lists asking for public opinion, but then dislike what they hear.
When you're asking for the opinion of other people you have to be pretty open to the idea that the others' opinions might not be what you want, and you have to go with that, otherwise, what's the point in asking for their opinion anyway?

10 Things I Hate About You (1999)
The hate lists with no sort of argument or explanation.
There's always something we dislike, whether about a person, band or whatever. But, there's always a reason why people dislike something, or, at least that's what I've always believed in. I don't go around saying I hate something or someone just well, cause, so, if people want to make a list on things they dislike, I'm an enthusiast of the idea, I have one myself, but, please, people, at least bother giving a reason to why you dislike it, I think everyone thinks it's better this way!

I'm sure that if you've been around Listal for a while, you've encountered at least one of those people. I know I have, but, I suppose the best policy is to just ignore and move on. Unless, well, you're a mod, then you can probably do more about it than I could ever... xP
