This was just so good. Jon Bernthal is great in the lead. The show deals with dark subject matter and does that well. I would have probably binged this show in one sitting but went to see the Justice League in the middle and finished this the next day. The show was just so good in every aspect of it. The acting, directing and writing all were so good.

Preacher (2016)
The first season was so good and the second season's Bluray box just arrived a day before writing this. So some binging is going to happen. The show is funny and the acting is good.
hsallinen's rating:

Stranger Things 2 was a great second season for a great show. The characters are so good in this series and so is the music both the score and soundtrack are both great.

Legion (2017)
I was really interested seeing this ever since I heard that Noah Hawley (Fargo) was the showrunner and Dan Stevens from The Guest was the lead. And this didn't disappoint. The weirdness and visuals are so so good. Aubrey Plaza was also really great in her performance.
hsallinen's rating:

This season was really enjoyable but the shorter season meant that the pacing was a bit too fast. It's a tough wait for the final episodes now.
hsallinen's rating:

7th and 8th seasons. Jeffrey Dean Morgan has reinvigorated my interest to this show.
hsallinen's rating:

Seasons 2 and 3. Every season has been so good. the second season might be my favorite of the three. Third season started out a bit slow but it got so good toward the end. The writing is so good in this series.
hsallinen's rating:

This had similar feel to it that True Detective's first season had when I first saw it. Great dark atmosphere and good acting. I didn't know that much about the series before except some fact about the base material and that David Fincher was involved. I loved the look of the show and it being a 70's period piece (captured nicely in this) it had a great soundtrack too.
hsallinen's rating:

Third season. This is just fun show and really easy to watch with the quite short run time of the episodes.
hsallinen's rating:

Watched multiple seasons (8-11) in few weekends in the summer. This is one of my favorite comedy shows of all time and these seasons didn't disappoint.

Silicon Valley (2014)
Fourth season seen. It's just so much fun to see the guys fuck up somehow and try to find a way out of their problems.
hsallinen's rating:

I just love these series (the movie and these Netflix shows) the humor is stupid just the right way.
hsallinen's rating:

South Park (1997)
19th and 20th seasons watched. Did some catching up with South Park in the summer. The season long arcs worked fine and the show is still funny.
hsallinen's rating:

Justified: Season 5 (2014)
This show is so good. Timothy Olyphant and Walton Goggins are so good in this series and the fifth season was a enjoyable watch like the ones before were. I've been saving the final season for a good spot and might still watch it during this year too.
hsallinen's rating:

This show is just so much fun. I only saw the first half though since the region 2 Bluray sets seem to be defected.
hsallinen's rating:

Still need to finish the boxset of the Batman TAS. Also this season still has some episodes that I need to watch. This was my favorite childhood series and it was nice to return to this. There were some 90's childhood flashbacks definitely while watching this show.
hsallinen's rating:

The animation quality is quite poor but this is still enjoyable show. The nostalgia factor is really high with this series for me.
hsallinen's rating:

My favorite TV series seen in 2017. There were some shows that I intended to see but never got the time to start like Taboo for example. So most of the shows that I watched were comedy series.
