Hits home for me (and a home run, too)! Think "Cops" without the never-ending ghetto raids and trailer trash foolishness.

Galavant (2015)
A great mash-up of "Princess Bride," "Men in Tights," live-action versions of "Shrek" and "Animaniacs!" It's like going to a Renaissance Faire on acid! I'm still chuckling hours after watching!

Marvel's Agent Carter (2015)
As of January 15th: first three episodes and I'm wondering if this is going to be a hit or another "Once Upon A Time in Wonderland?"
As of March 9th: finally caught up to the last episode. I'm not a big follower of the MARVEL ouvre, so I really don't have a bias about the show. It completed its run just as it should: a prequel to the other MARVEL story lines.

As of February 26th: Archie Bunker as a homicide detective? I really can't get a feeling if this is supposed to be another take on Castle and The Mysteries of Laura, or ??? but I'm not really feeling it yet.
As of May: I finally got through the whole season on VOD. Personally, I ended up enjoying the quirky, self-destructive and misogynist detective (he wasn't that far off from some of my personality traits); but, I was in the minority, because FOX cancelled it after the season's run.

Humans (2015)
Interesting rumination on the definition of "human." The season finale left open some very interesting premises for next year.
TrekMedic's rating:
Another hit from TNT. The concept of an afterlife was handled with equal mixes of plausibility and science fiction. The only over-the-top element that disappointed me was the end of season reveal.
