Guardians of Death Tsuzuki and Hisoka are sent to discover why dying passengers who travel on the liner Princess Camellia suddenly grow stronger. Their investigation turns into an Agatha Christie-style murder mystery as people aboard the ship turn up dead. The only clues are the Tarot cards found with the bodies, which are addressed to the daughter of the ship's owner, "Princess Tsubaki" (Camellia in Japanese).
