Rules!
Adding is ok, changing or deleting needs to be put up for discussion.
Some categories that are too large like "my favorite anime" will have their own list.

I would definitely keep all the categories from the previous anime indec with all the items :)

You should be able to directly edit the list, thats what co-authors can do.
