It must have been Conan or Dragon Ball.
But with 'Case Closed' I remember a non-stop tracking of the series. Almost never missing a single episode.
That happened once and I was so frustrated about it that it bothered me for one whole month or something. And at that time I didn't have any possibilities to find the episode anywhere else. Good ol' times... :S
I have so incredibly many, it's hard to name just one.
I'll go with Keima Katsuragi, the almighty god of conquest~!
The megane type (which I ♥).
And a complete game nerd who's absolutely cool and cute at the same time. Too bad he isn't interested in real-life relationships. At least so he claims. C;
I decided to watch this because Kouichi Toochika voices a character in it. Then I got shockingly much into it.
Although I usually dislike shojo anime and HATE Transformation Shojo...
Well, by now I have already watched 3 shows of that genre. (*gasp*)
But eventually I really am not fan of'em. Too cheesy, overly-happy and it doesn't make sense most of the time.
Claude Faustus. I despise him.
Just randomly looking at him I might have actually liked him.
He's got glasses and seems to be somewhat elegant. But I know about his character and so the looks do not really help. He brazenly copies one of the greatest characters in manga history (Sebastian ♥) yet he fails and just looks ridiculous at it. He's disloyal to his master, uncool and tactless, snatches Ciel from Sebastian and has some disgusting fetishes concerning him. In short: He's a pervert, a coward and doesn't deserve to be called a demon.
I do have a couple of OTPs by now but this one will never be topped. Shizuo Heiwajima X Izaya Orihara.
It's so perfect it's impossible to unsee and actually too good for a fangirl's heart. Fighting and trying to kill each other, becoming more attached to each other, depending on each other...
Both of them do not realize their true feelings and none could ever imagine expressing this emotion of affection. The constant frictions mixed with attraction never fail to let me worship this couple with all my fujoshi heart. *swoons*
This anime was one of the saddest in general.
The melancholy was present all the way through the series.
So it was all quite depressing but the worst of'em all was the scene when Misuzu died. Makes me cry every single time. ;__;
(here's the scene, and of course it's a massive spoiler)

Ladd VS Chane and then VS Claire on top of the train 'Flying Pussyfoot'. Sadly I cannot provide a clip. :C
But lighten up! Because I'm indeceisive here's another one I love and of which I can provide a video: Durarara!!-Special Episode 25, Shizu-chan and Izaya have an epic parkour fight which is unfortunately only seen in snippets. But even like that it's awesome.

Although every fight they have is brilliant!
That one series which blows your mind and messes with it at the same time. The Evas aren't just simple mechas, they have a gruesome and brutal mind of their own.
In NGE one is more scared of the Evangelion units than actually wanting to fight within them at times.
They are more like monsters with an armor on.
But that way they are the coolest 'mechas' ever.
Working!! has a nice atmosphere, all of my favourite seiyuu's participation, nice humour, lovable characters and great music. The second season was even better. Did I mention that all of my fave seiyuu are in this!? :D
This is not your typical reversed harem- no annoying protagonists, no predictable plot and a lot of love nevertheless. And gawd, this anime is entertaining. One of the funniest I've ever experienced. Plus it looks amazing and has brilliant seiyuu throughout. It's only way too short.
POKEMON in general. They are the best 'animal' partners one can wish for. And they exist in all sizes, colours and types. They can protect you, they are your friends and individuals with different personalities. Unbeatable!
One of the animes I couldn't live without in my childhood.
Later I re-watched it in the original version and I realized once again how wonderful this series is.
Furthermore all the lyrics to the songs will never leave my head again.
And so everything connected to the Digital Monsters will be a nostalgic experience somehow.
That I prefer an anime over the manga is relatively rare but it still happens from time to time.
The Junjou Romantica anime happens to look a thousand times better than the manga and even if the plot isn't quite as long and only covers 2 seasons it stays true to the original. It's a perfect mixture of shonen-ai elements and story and character development. And it also contains ingenious humour.
Kuroshitsuji and its Anime. The long story of undiscribable hate. Time to tell it again. *buries face in hands* Okay, I'll keep it as short as possible:
The anime looks nice, has decent music and a bunch of great seiyuu. But in this case that isn't enough.
About the 3 first episodes follow the orginal story.
Then director Shinohara Toshiya must have been rebellious, drunk, on drugs or something else whacky that made him change the whole plot so that it would eventually lead to total mayhem and disappointment.
Coming up with more plausible filler events with less ridiculous filler people could have made it passable, I'm sure!
But as it is, nothing makes any sense anymore! Original characters act completely ooc and there are so many pointless and badly copied filler individuals it makes me sick.
(I don't even wanna talk about the second season which is a complete disgrace and might let me go on rampage. )
All that might not apply to the people who watched Kuro out of the blue.
But I read the masterpiece of a manga, my all-time-favourite in this world, and cannot accept such an utter failure.
Alright, that was as short as I could manage. Sorry for the rant. d;
Lelouch Lamperouge aka Lelouch vi Britannia.
He's sensitive yet cruel and incredibly smart.[He is like a Kira (Death Note) in another universe.]
He possesses the ability of mind-control (Geass), can drive mechas, is good at chess, got those brilliant homosexual overtones, is voiced by the lovely Fukuyama-sama and most importantly he makes the most heart-breaking sacrifices to save humanity and that is not exaggerated.
Akuma are always so cool. I remember to have had a dozen crushes on guys of that particular species.
But the most fantastic I've ever 'encountered' is the one and only Mephisto Pheles. It also helps that his seiyuu is Kamiyan. Until this point not too much is known about Mepphy. He's one of Satan's sons, loves the human world (Assiah) as his playground and had a strong bonding with the exorcist Shiro. His fashion style is extraordinary and nobody knows what he's planning. He's got quite a childish nature but never loses his deviousness. Gawd, I love this guy so much. x3
I really enjoy the manga and of course I also want to see it in the animated format. And I only heard good things about it.
But I don't know if I should watch the other FMA first.
And I've got so much to watch in general.
Still this is one of the most urgent wishes.
In this genre it's also very hard to pick only one out of so many. But 'Haruhi' is probably the most classic of'em all. All those wonderful, creative characters which were supported by the elite of the japanese seiyuu.
Too bad the remake/second season kind of failed. But it was still enjoyable after all. (And whatever happens it has Koizumi-kun!! That is reason enough for me to keep watching the series forever.)
Soul Eater was such a good addition to the manga.
The designs were great, way better than the manga's, and everything else was working as well. I don't know the reason why it suddenly stopped. But it's terrible because I really enjoyed the series.
Now I only have the manga left.
The kick-ass series got upgraded with consistent ingenious graphics, a cool plot (though I don't know if it's a filler or not because I didn't read the manga) and a darker setting and atmosphere that made it even more authentic than the original.
There are still more parts to come so I'm really looking forward to more "blood splatter'ing", Nazi killing and more miscellaneous insanity. Because that insanity is what makes it so appealing.
I already talked about this beautiful film here.
But let's just say: I adore Mononoke Hime because it has got everything! ♥
And even the german dub isn't too bad but I still prefer the original a lot more.
I think almost every Anime I've seen by now had a great soundtrack. Yet one I listened to rather intensively was the D.Gray-Man Score. There is so much variety on this expansive soundtrack!
When I listen it nowadays it always makes me a bit wistful because I remember that summer when DGM was still aired. I want this anime (together with Soul Eater) to be continued so badly.
Neon Genesis Evangelion, with improved, impressive new designs. Marvellous!- considering story, characters, Evangelions and soundtrack.
I'm so glad that they did this rebuild.
2.0. decided to run a path different from the original but till now I don't mind. I agree it was a bit absurd but absurdity is the least peculiar thing in an NGE production. So let's see how it tops the film-series off in the end...
Kami-chan's rating:
おいわい!
I know, so many memes it gets tedious. But I can't stop doing'em.
Soon I'll be bored with them again, maybe. :P
But now it's probably more passionate than ever before because it's about anime, my healthy obsession. :D
I pieced together 30 "Q's" and there we go.
Here's the result of 30 Days of Anime.
Ands always, feel free to create one as well if you feel the need to. ;)
きをつけて
Kami-chan ♥
Ohhhh, I agree, Claude pisses me off soooo much, and some people defend him by saying, well, that's just how a demon is. I'll let you imagine my face.
Besides, there are various kinds of demons, some awesome beyond belief you know...like Sebastian.

Oh man I remember Conan and Evangelion... so nostalgic. And evangelion does really fuck with your mind even if your not even a teenager yet and don't even understand half of the stuff going on, that anime scared the crap out of me.
Besides, there are various kinds of demons, some awesome beyond belief you know...like Sebastian.
