Removal of this tumor will take out the remainder of her brain, but in her case functioning on brain stem motor control only will be a definite improvement. It should stop the incessant lying and she may even say something intelligent for once. She will, unfortunately, remain butt ugly and looking at her face for too long a period of time may cause nightmares or turn you to stone.
