The show follows the misadventures of the infamous Black Hat, a vulgar and sharply dressed narcissistic inhuman fiend who does his part to make the world a little more vile and its heroes a little more dead. Aiding him (with varying degrees of consent) are his cohorts, meek scientist Dr. Flug, the neurotic and adorably failed bestial genetic experiment 5.0.5, and his biggest (and most violently deranged) fan-girl Demencia.

"27.11. Man, I love Mexico. On the other hand I also hate Cartoon Network for not translating this awesome little series and thus making sure nobody outside Latin America knows about it. "Black Hat" is an evil organization that exterminates all kinds of superheroes and other annoyances for money. Of course this ends up in a dark and surreal satire that pretty much kills most North-American shows except for maybe Gumball, but Gumball's in the same team with these guys.
