What games are you playing?

Just bought Mario Party 5. Nice to have 70 different mini-games. MP7 is great, but it was getting a bit stale.

Any feedback on MP4 and MP6?

Um, from what I've heard, 1, 2 and 3 were good, the rest sucked up until 7, and in my personal opinion, 8 was fairly bad.

It's very good game.
Scary cause of the excellent sound and settings.
Plasmids are pretty cool and add to combat.
Graphics are great on both 360 and PC.
Only gripe in the hacking of venting machines get really repetitive.

You might want to try this site next time: System Requirements Lab

why play anything at minimum specs? even if you get a game barely running by turning down all graphic options and perhaps using a lower DirectX shader, you're really missing the way the game was truly meant to be played.

I had an SLI 6600GT setup, then upgraded to 7600GT, and just recently threw in an 8800GTS bad boy, so i'm all set for all new games, even Crysis.

Prelude76, how do you like Jericho? I've seen it in action already, and while I love the twisted new creatures from Clive Barker, the rest of the game seems pretty generic.

I'm playing Guitar Hero 3, Call of Duty 4, and Gunpey DS.

Tony, I gave up on Jericho (and Bioshock and Call of Duty 4 and even MoH: Airborne) - once you get into Crysis, there is nothing that will keep you away from it. It's like the Half Life 2 of this gaming cycle.

I don't play much video games but I like Pokemon Diamond, Naruto games (All XD) and Animal Crossing (Occasionally). I play Skateboarding games and Mario games (sometimes).

is Mass Effect coming out on PC? I wouldn't touch an Xbox360 with a 10 foot stick.

yeah, leave it for MS to bring the Blue Screen of Death to the console market, albeit in a different color. ;)

between the Red Ring o' Death, the disc scratching, the 30% failure rates, the overheating lead-free solder that cracks, and the Fall 2006 update that bricked many consoles after a routine update, yeah, i'll pass on the 360. but i am pissed that mass effect was released only on the xbox. the 360 is nothing more than a low-spec in a poorly ventilated encasement. Bioware lost all my respect by abandoning their PC roots and whoring themselves out to M$.

Tony Danza... ONLY 30%??? whoa, remind me never to put you in charge of any department's quality control. the industry norm for electornics failures is 3%. MS is batting 10 times over. 1 in 3! 1 in 3, for pete's sake. you know you have issues if repair shops as well as after-market warranties avoid your product.

I'm playing through Mass Effect and God of War 2 at the moment, replaying Rayman (the very first one), Street Fighter III and Jet Set Radio, and just finished up Uncharted, Super Mario Galaxy and Ratchet & Clank Future.
